- Guidance on DNA tests and other procedural requirements
Residence Procedures and Asylum Applications
The service provides:
- Information on residence rights and the appropriate procedures
- Assistance with submitting asylum applications
- Support with administrative obligations and communication with government agencies
Legal and Administrative Advice
The service helps newcomers understand their rights and responsibilities and provides legal and administrative support, including guidance on applying for social rights and navigating complex procedures.

This service is available in Dari and Farsi for individuals from Afghanistan and Iran.
