Eerste sprong naar werk

De eerste sprong naar werk is an entry-level labor market activation project, geared toward female newcomers and migrants, who only speak a beginner’s level of Dutch. Our coaches will combine theory and practice so our students develop the tools and knowledge needed to start on their path toward employment 

Eerste sprong naar werk was developed for women with a migration background, who only have a beginner’s level of Dutch, and as such our lesson material and coaching is adjusted to their needs and skill level.

By way of the Dutch language, which connects all who wish to work in the Flemish community of Belgium, we try to impart some much-desired knowledge and skills, which our students will be able to use at the end of the project to embark on a professional career.

One-on-one coaching allows us to aid our students in developing some much-needed confidence and guide our students to a future filled with opportunity and independence.
